‘Charagh Taley Andhera’ play presented at RAC

Rawalpindi—A play ‘Charagh Taley Andhera’ based on social and moral values was presented here at Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) on Saturday.
The play written by M Zaib and directed by Munawar Afridi, revolves round a local politician who deceits others for his own benefit and is involved in corruption and embezzlement.
Artists Laiba Ali, Naeem Bubba, Naeem Tota, Shahzad Pappu, Khawar Ayub, Ali Shan and Raffey were the caste of the play.
RAC Resident Director Waqar Ahmed said such plays would be presented at the RAC in future to highlight the social issue and appreciated the performance of the artists of the play.
