Case management plan introduced in district judiciary

The Court and Case Management Plan has been introduced in the district judiciary for providing speedy justice to the litigants, District & Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Suhail Nasir said here Wednesday.
The judge, in a statement, said cases, including civil trials, family cases, crimes and cases relating to all government departments, had been referred to dedicated courts. This practice, he said, would help streamline the process of hearing which ultimately will help decide cases in short time.
Biometric system had also been introduced in the judicial complex, besides fixing a mega guide map for indicating the location of courts set up in the complex for the convenience of litigants, he added.
The judge said all judicial staff members had been given uniforms for their identification.—APP
