Buzdar vows to make new Punjab soon

Delegations of notables belonging to Dera Ghazi Khan division called on punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar at his office on Friday. The chief minister listened to the recommendations and problems of the delegations and issued on-spot instructions for the solution of the problems faced by the people.
Talking on the occasion, the chief minister said that promise of improving the living conditions of the people belonging to backward areas of the province will be fulfilled. Health, education and clean drinking water are fundamental rights of every citizen and they will be given this right by us. Years have passed now but no one has given attention to removing the deprivations of backward areas. Credit goes to the prime minister Imran Khan that he has raised a strong voice for the backward and deprived segments of the society.
He said that committee is working to set up a southern punjab province on administrative grounds. Conditions of villages will be improved and cities will also be made better. He said that clean and green punjab program will prove as a revolutionary step of the PTI government adding that midnight oil is burnt to provide relief to the people.
He regretted that menace of corruption has weakened the foundations of the country and it is the only reason that Pakistan has left behind today. The 220 million people will be given a corruption-free Pakistan by us, he added.
The prime minister Imran Khan has adopted a zero-tolerance policy against the corrupt elements and plunderers and looters are afraid of the PTI government. We have to rid the country of corruption and that is why, merit and transparency have been promoted at every level in the province, he said.
Meanwhile, provincial auqaf minister Pir Syed Saeed-ul-Hasan Shah called on punjab chief minister at his office today. Talking on the occasion, the chief minister said that all are moving forward for the elimination of fanaticism in the new Pakistan and political as well as military establishment is united in war against terrorism.
Due to the great sacrifices of brave sons of the country, peace has been restored today. He said that religious harmony and promotion of brotherhood is essential for national unity and the efforts for maintaining the durable peace can be succeeded by following the golden principles of tolerance, patience and harmony.
The country can get rid of terrorism, fanaticism and sectarianism by following the life and teachings of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). The ideological war against terrorism and fanaticism will be won through the cooperation of religious scholars and everybody will be given equal rights in the new Pakistan, concluded the chief minister.
