Bullets, carnage can’t suppress Kashmiris’movement: Shahbaz

Lahore—Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the movement of self-determination of Kashmiri people cannot be suppressed through bullet and carnage as now every person of Occupied Kashmir is demanding freedom and India cannot deprive them of their basic right for a long time.
He said this while talking to chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F and Chairman Kashmir Committee Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman who met the Chief Minister here on Tuesday.
Both the leaders strongly condemned the increasing incidents of cruelties against unarmed Kashmiris by Indian forces and firing at Line of Control.
Shahbaz Sharif and Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman paid rich tributes to Kashmiri people laying down their lives for achieving right of self-determination and supreme sacrifices of Pakistani citizens and Army Jawans martyred due to firing of Indian army.
He said that the policy of cruelty and violence of Indian government has failed in Kashmir and Kashmiri people are writing a new history with their blood.
Shahbaz Sharif said that solution to Kashmir dispute lies in accordance with UNO resolutions for peace in the region and Indian government will have to quit rigidity and come towards solution of Kashmir dispute.
He said that there is no justification for silence of world community over human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. Pakistan will continue political, diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmiri people, he added.
Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has raised Kashmir dispute at international forums in an active manner. He said that silence of world community over martyrdom of innocent Kashmiris tantamount to murder of justice. He said that Indian government is committing atrocities over innocent Kashmiri people and despite Indian barbarism; the movement for self-determination has been further intensified.
