Beggar nuisance

Begging is indeed a curse. Wherever one goes, he is followed by beggars young and old, women and children. It is a shameless business to beg. Railway compartments, buses and public places like marketing centres, parks and restaurants are flooded by beggars. They do not even spare the foreigners and the tourists who come to visit the historical places. The authorities concerned must take serious action against the professional beggars. Those who are able bodied must be made to work and earn honest living. The crippled and old should be confined to some specific places. It is the duty of both government and the people to reform the society.
