BB caravan bomb blasts

Terrorism is a big threat to peace in the world, especially Pakistan. It breeds when extremism gets sponsorship. A similar kind of situation was commonly prevailed in Pakistan before Zarb-e-Azb & Rud-ul-Fasad military operations against terrorists. It was height of terrorism on 18 October 2007 when PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto’s homecoming rally, the caravan of democracy, was bomb attacked in Karachi and resulted in high number of causalities {approximately 160 dead and more than 500 injured}.
Later on 27 December 2007 Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Chairperson PPP, was ultimately martyred in an attack at Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi by terrorists. Ten years have passed since the 18th October incident occurred but political leadership is still under threat by terrorists.
Benazir was killed by those who wanted to perpetuate national slavery and keep the people backward. Here are a few words from her last speech, “I put my life in danger and came here because I feel that my country in danger”. Benazir Bhutto was a mother, a wife, a leader, a daughter, a sister who sacrificed her life for the cause of democracy so that all of us can breathe in fresh air of democratic life.
