Karachi—The out-going Consul General of Bahrain in Karachi, Ebrahim Ahmed Isa Alhezai, made a farewell call on Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishart ul Ebad Khan, at the Governor House on Thursday.
They discussed bilateral matters, economic ties and investment etc. during the meeting.Governor said that the Pakistan-Bahrain ties spread over several decades and have been improving further with the passage of time.
He stated that in the wake of successful Zarb-e-Azb, there is substantial improvement in the country as well as the province of Sindh with which there is increase in investment.
Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan said that the interest of Bahrain’s investors in the projects in Pakistan as well as the province of Sindh especially for public welfare schemes, augurs well. He said that the government would provide the required facilities to the investors. The Bahrain Consul General said that improvement in law and order in Pakistan is being acknowledges internationally as well.
He also spoke of interest of the Bahrain’s investors for investment in the projects in the province of Sindh.
