Attack from Afghanistan martyres soldier in NWA

In a naked act of cross the border aggression, the elements from Afghanistan again resorted to ambush on the security forces busy in fencing the border leaving at least one soldier martyred and a junior commissioned officer seriously wounded on Sunday.
The Army team was busy in fencing process along the Pak-Afghan border near Gurbaz area when unknown terrorist resorted to firing on it leaving a soldier martyred and serious injuries to a junior commissioned officer.
Sepoy Niaz Ali embraced martyrdom in cross-border fire on a fencing party at the Pak-Afghan border in North Waziristan on Sunday, said Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Major General Asif Ghafoor.
