ATC adjourns hearing of BB murder case

Rawalpindi—The Anti-Terrorism Court on Monday adjourned the hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case till February 24 due to absence of the official Prosecutor.
According to details as hearing started, FIA Assistant Director appeared before the court for recording his statement as the Court had summoned him.
As the official Prosecutor Chaudary Azhar failed to appear before the court, ATC Judge Rai Ayub Marth adjourned the hearing till February 24, directing FIA Assistant Director Shoaib Ahmed to ensure his presence on the next hearing.—APP
