Arrest of youth denounced

Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir has denounced arrest of Kashmiri youth Shah Mir under draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) and shifting them to jails outside the Valley by the authorities.
The Tehreek-e-Hurriyet in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India was utilizing all cheap tactics to crush the ongoing liberation movement and weaken the freedom sentiment of the people of Kashmir but would never succeed in its sinister designs.
It said that Kashmiri youth are being shifted to jails outside the Valley which was also violation of the order of Indian Supreme Court. It said that the people of Kashmir could not be frightened through arrests and harassments and would take the ongoing liberation struggle to its logical conclusion at all costs.—KMS
