Anti-dengue training for health staff

Faisalabad—A six-day anti dengue training programme for health staff will commence here today (Wednesday).
Giving details, District Coordinator for Anti dengue Dr Bilal Ahmad said here Tuesday that anti dengue training for female sanitary patrol of Union Council (UC) No.177 to UC 207 would be held at DO health office here at 9:00 am on Wednesday, while public health workers of UC-177 to UC-215 and sanitary patrol of Tehsil Sadar would be imparted anti-dengue training on the same day.
He said that anti-dengue training would be provided to public health workers of UC-216 to UC-289 at 3:00 pm on October 5, while male sanitary patrol of UC-208 to UC-238 will be imparted anti dengue training at 9:00 am, sanitary patrol of UC-177 to UC-207 at 12:00 noon and sanitary patrol of UC-208 to UC-238 at 3:00 pm on October 6 (Thursday).
He said female sanitary patrol of UC-239 to UC-289, sanitary patrol and malaria supervisors of Chak Jhumra would be imparted anti dengue training at 9:00 am and sanitary patrol of UC-270 to UC-289 and sanitary patrol of Tehsil Jaranwala would be provided anti dengue training at 12:00 noon on Friday (October 07).
Meanwhile, sanitary supervisors of Tehsil Sammundri and Tandlianwala and Assistant Entomologists would be provided training to check dengue larva and chemical treatment on Monday (October 10), he added.—APP
