Afghan soldier shifted for treatment to Peshawar

Peshawar—The Pakistani troops on Friday shifted an Afghan soldier, who sustained injuries in a terrorists’ attack on a post on border areas inside Afghanistan, to Peshawar from Khar Hospital in Bajaur Agency for further medical treatment.
Commandant Bajaur Scout Col Nayyar Zaman and Political Agent Bajaur Agency Engineer Amir Khattak inquired after the injured soldier at Khar Hospital before he left in a special ambulance arranged for shifting of the sol-ider to Peshawar.
The Afghan soldier received critical injuries in a terrorists’ attack the other day and the Afghan authorities sought for evacuation and treatment of the injured soldier op-posite Bajaur Agency. Taking prompt action on the request, Bajaur Scout provided first-aid to injured soldier at their Post on the border and later shifted him to Khar hospital for further medical treatment.
The injured soldier and his colleagues expressed gratitude to Inspector General FC, Commandant Bajaur Scout, political agent Bajaur Agency and officials of Bajaur Scout for extending help and medical facilities.—APP
