45 lawbreakers arrested

Rawalpindi—Police under its ongoing drive against anti-social elements have arrested 45 lawbreakers, including 32 violators of renting rules and illegal Afghan nationals.
Some 11 pistols of 30-bore with 33 rounds, one 12-bore repeater and a dagger were also recovered from the arrested accused, a police spokesman said on Monday.
He said Jameel, Kamran, Abdul Ashraf, Asif, Tanveer, Amir Akhtar, Farooq, Arslan, Muhammad Shafi, Asif Ali, Nawaz and Saeed Ullah were sent behind the bars for having illegal weapons and ammunitions.
Meanwhile, Saddar Wah police arrested Shan, Dildar Hussain, Haji Liaquat, Ibrar, Zaheer, Akhtar, Amin and others who violated renting rules. Saddar Wah Police also arrested Abdul Khaliq, Khan Ali, Munir Ali, Shareen Gul, Abdullah, Aman Gul, Jalil, Saddam, Shah Noor, Nazar Muhammad and other Afghan nationals who could not produce any document for their identity and were residing here illegally.—APP
