3105 kites confiscated in police raids

Rawalpindi—Police carried out operation and arrested 30 kite sellers besides confiscating 3105 kites, 167 strings rolls from their possession here Sunday.
According to police spokesman, Ganjmandi police arrested Imdad and recovered 25 kites while Rata Amral police held Irum Shahzad and recovered 70 kites from their possession.
Pirwadhi police held Liaquat and recovered 110 kites from his possession. Waris Khan police arrested Ijaz and recovered 20 kites and the same police arrested Bilal and recovered 25 kites besides arrested Jahanzeb and recovered 45 kites from their custody.
Bani police held Adnan and recovered 50 kites from his possession. Cantt police nabbed Fahad and recovered a kite from his possession.
Westridge police arrested Zaid and recovered 5 kites and the same police held Wasi and recovered 6 kites from their possession. Naseerabad police held Abdul Rasheed and recovered 2 kites and the same police arrested Jahangir and Ayub and recovered 520 kites from their possession.
R.A Bazaar police held Sajid and recovered 100 kites and the same police arrested Ahsan and recovered 130 kites from their possession. Race Course police held Tabish and recovered 517 kites from his possession.
Civil Line police arrested Waqar and recovered 35 kites from his possession. Morgah police held Khurrum and recovered 15 kites from his possession. Saddar Wah police held Nadeem and recovered 105 kites and the same police recovered 100 kites besides arresting Shahzad 800 kites from their possession.—APP
