Provincial Caretaker Minister for Irrigation, Public Health Engineering & Rural Development, Inter-Provincial Coordination and Excise anad Taxation, Mushtaq Ahmed Shah said Public Health Engineering Department Sindh is going to establish 23 Water Testing Laboratories at district head quarter level at the cost of Rs1.455 billion.
He was presiding over a meeting at his office here on Wednesday. Secretary Public Health Engineering & Rural Development Dr. Riaz A. Memon and other officers also attended the meeting.
The meeting was informed that Rs1.575 billion had been allocated for providing and installation of Solar System for Rural Water Supply and Drainage Schemes in Sindh Phase II. While Rs666.134 million have been allocated for Rehabilitation of Filter Plants for Urban and Rural Water Supply Schemes.
