23 PML-N activists booked for violating Covid SoPs

The police have registered cases against 23 activists of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), including seven former UC chairmen, for violation the standard operating procedures (SoPs) regarding the Covid-19 in two separate gatherings.
The police told further on Thursday that the Sadder Pasroor police registered cases against ex-chairmen of seven Union Councils (UCs) namely, Ahsan Bajwa, Malik Ziaud Din, Akbar Gujjar, Aslam Nawab, Zainul Abideen, Haseebur Rehman and Rana Amjad, and their 15 unidentified companions for gathering at a spot at Narowal road without prior permission and without following the Sops regarding a meeting in connection with their participation in the rally of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) in Gujranwala on 16th October.
The Muradpur police registered cases against Muhammad Razzak for the violation of Sops and arranging a gathering without permission in village Bouken. Investigations have started.
