Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan had said that Zamung Kor Foundation Project would be extended to the national level after its introduction in the whole of the province. The Chief Minister in principle agreed to the suggestion for the branding of Zamung Kor foundation project to be launched in the whole of Pakistan. He would take the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan on board in this regard.
This he said while presiding over a meeting regarding Zamung Kor foundation and attending the MoU signing ceremony between Zamung Kor foundation and ‘Spark of Hope’ at Chief Minister Secretariat Peshawar. MPA from Chitral Wazir Zada, Secretary Social Welfare, Chairman Zamung Kor foundation Syed Imtiaz Gillani and representatives of ‘Spark of Hope’ were also present on the occasion.
The meeting was briefed about the support and cooperation of Spark of Hope to Zamung Kor foundation in different fields. The meeting was told that Spark of Hope will support all the expenditures of the students after 8th Class. The Spark of Hope will also give full economic support for sports grounds, computer labs and for teaching of English and Chinese languages.
The Chief Minister said that the provincial government will also provide full support in this national cause. He assured that he will soon pay a visit to Zamung Kor foundation. The Chief Minister said that the provincial government was taking all possible steps to educate the orphans and hapless children of the province.
