200 dams to be constructed in Balochistan

Islamabad—In Balochistan, two hundred delay-action dams will be constructed to meet the water requirements in the province. Provincial Minister for Education Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal while talking to newsmen in Loralai said Rs thirteen billion will be spent for the purpose out of which Rs ten billion have been provided by the federal government.
He said that on completion, these projects will help boost the agricultural sector in addition to providing drinking water to the rural population.—APP
