Training workshops at PMAS-AAUR

A fifteen days training workshop on Testing Indigenous Hydroponic Green Houses for Vegetable growing and five-day 1st National Training on Commercial Ostrich Farming ended at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR), here on Friday.
At the concluding sessions PMAS-AAUR Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rai Niaz Ahmad was the chief guest while on the occasion, Director General, Korean International Cooperating Agency (KOICA), Mr. Chung Jong Hykok, Deans, Directors, Faculty members and participants were also present.
Prof. Dr. Rai Niaz Ahmed, while addressing said that Korea; the defeated nation, started development in late 70’s from Mud Houses turned it as grooming country on the globe for agriculture and live stock technology. He said there is the dire need of agriculture renovations and reforms in Pakistan.
