Tehsil Council not to become party in ‘sit-in’ call: Nazim

Abbottabad—Tehsil Nazim Abbottabad Ishaque Zakriay has informed that Tehsil Council will not become the party in the ‘sit-in’ call given by the District Nazim Sardar Sher Bahadar on Ist December 2016 as provincial government and local ministers has made promise to provide funds for Abbottabad Tehsil and now there is no need to hold protest rally or ‘sit-in’.
It may be noted that district Nazim Sardar Sher Bahadar had raised the voice against the laps of developmental funds for Abbottabad city and had also demanded the release of funds for the district developmental schemes and had bitterly criticized the KP government for stepmother treatment with the Local councils of Abbottabad district.
He had conducted series of meetings with the elected representatives of the union councils, village councils and members of the district council and had also persuaded the city traders associations in this regard.
