Tahir elected CPNE Vice President

Senior Journalist and Editor Daily Ittehad Tahir Farooq has been elected Vice President Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) in the Council’s annual elections held the other day. Tahir Farooq, who was elected unopposed Vice President for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has to his credit holding the Vice President CPNE post twice before. Besides he has also served as Secretary Information CPNE last year. In his capacity as active officer bearer of the CPNE, Tahir has been playing important role in the promotion of healthy and positive journalism in the country and uplift of the regional newspapers.
