Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, United Ones, free tuition run by volunteers, in collaboration with Auqaf Committee Mumkak Sopore town organized a student seminar in Sopore town where demand for referendum was raised. The seminar was attended by hundreds of students from different schools including those from government run schools.
Students paid rich tribute to the youths who achieved martyrdom in the ongoing 2016 Kashmir uprising. They expressed their deep sympathies with pellet victims. Some of them while speaking on the various issues demanded: “Referendum Is human right and occupation Is crime against humanity.” “We (students) cannot resolve the Kashmir dispute,” one student volunteer said on the occasion, “but we are aware that our mission is to carry studies in the ongoing uprising in the valley.” Some student speakers even said that they were ready to give educational sacrifices for the sake of ceasing of human rights violations in Kashmir.—KMS
