PTI to support PPP in anti-govt protest

Nawabshah—Central leader Pakistan Tehrik Insaf Shah Mahmood said that PTI would not step back if PPP launches long march or protest campaign against government on December 27. He said that there is still one month in between and let us see what happens during this period. He was talking to media at Sakrand at the residence of party leader Gul Muhammad Rind. Qureshi said that he would request party Chief Imran Khan to convene meeting of party high command to express solidarity with PPP if it launches campaign.
He said however the policy of PPP on Panama issue has changed but party still thinks that the four point demand of party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are appropriate and are supported by him. He said that PTI has succeeded in it demand of either resignation of Prime Minister or to give search. He said that the search has started and government has floated new idea 24th amendment in constitution to hang the Panama issue.
He said that however Nwaz league was benefitted through soft corner of PPP towards Nawaz league. Qureshi was of the view that general election could be held in 2017 by Nawaz league if the verdict of Supreme Court comes against the wish. In his comments about new Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa, PTI leader said that he is extremely experienced, remained Core Commander of 10 core and held border responsibilities. He has extensive experience of posting in Kashmir and northern areas, Qureshi added. He said that support of civil government would be essential for Gen Bajwa or his hands would be tied in other case.
He said that India is bombing on our territories and we are doing business with it and our markets are filled with Indian commodities. He said that why Pakistan could not suspend its trade with India when India does not suspend firing.
He said that Sindh is important part of Pakistan while Karachi has accommodated Muslims came from India and other parts of Pakistan. Qureshi appreciated the role of Rangers in maintaining law and order in Karachi and lights are returning. He said that partcion of MQM would benefit to PTI and not to religious parties. He said that PML(N) is not capable to become alternate leadership in Sindh. Leaders of PTI Haleem Adil Shaikh and Gul Muhammad Rind were also present on the occasion.
