Multan—Setting a new example of honesty, Nishtar Medical Institute (NMI) administration handed over an injured blacksmith his 50-tola gold and money when he regained his senses, here on Thursday. An NMI official told APP that Muhammad Nasir, a resident of Rahim Yar Khan, was going to Sargodha by bus of a private company when he met an accident on Sunday morning near Qadirpur Raan, a suburban village of Multan.
The injured trader was shifted to Accident & Emergency (A&E) ward of the NMI in an unconscious condition. Before sending the patient for CT scan, the staff found 24 pairs of earrings, 23 golden chains, Rs 3,000 and a cell mobile.—APP
