NA-4 polling on 26th


A tough and interesting contest is expected among candidates in the bye election of NA 4 Peshawar that will be held on October 26. NA-4 Peshawar seat became vacant after the demise of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s dissident Member National Assembly (MNA) Gulzar Khan. According to information released by Election Commission, the contest will be among PMLN candidate Nasir Khan Mosazai, PPP’s Asad Gulzar, PTI’s Arbab Amir Ayub Khan, ANP’s Khushdil Khan, Jamaat-e-Islami’s Wasil Farooq Chamkani and a number of independent candidates. PPP nominated Gulzar Khan’s son, Asad Gulzar as its candidate for the bye election who joined the party recently.—APP
