Islamabad Blind team camp from today


Islamabad—The training camp of the Islamabad blind cricket team will be held here at G-6 Ground, Aabpara from today (Wednesday).
Talking to APP, Islamabad Blind Cricket Association (IBCA) Secretary Bilal Satti said the camp is being held by IBCA for preparation of the National Bank Twenty20 Blind Cricket Tournament scheduled to be held in Bahawalpur from September 25 to October 1.
“As many as 30 players from Islamabad will be called in for the camp from which 14 players will be selected for the tournament,” he said.
He said a total of 12 teams will participate in the tournament. “The teams include Islamabad, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad, Kashmir, Gujranwala, Lahore, Okara, Faisalabad, Quetta, Karachi and PBCC Young Stars,” he said.—APP
