IPH lacks faculty much to hardships of students

The state of affairs of the Institute of Public Health (IPH) is being badly hit due to shortage of faculty members.
Due to shortage of faculty, the study of students of MPH, MMH, MHA and all under graduate classes of medical paramedical discipline is being badly affected, sources in the IPH said, adding”
There are eight posts of professors in IPH out of which six are lying vacant.”
The sources claim that the situation has been further aggravated after transfer of Prof Dr Zarfashan Tahir, Professor of Bacteriology, who has been posted as Programme Director, TB Control Programme Lahore vice Dr Amir Nazir.
The sources add that Dr Amir Nazir was efficiently handling the TB Control Programme Lahore as Programme Director.
