Holy Family Hospital gets new MRI machine

A new MRI machine has been installed in Holy Family Hospital which would be functional within the next 72 hours. Talking to APP, Director Emergency, Dr. Mobashar said the machine was working on test run and has successfully conducted 100 MRI tests and the administration has decided to maket it functional within next three days.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a test that uses a magnetic field and pulses of radio wave energy to make pictures of organs and structures inside the body. Earlier Health Secretary Punjab visited the ospital and appreciated the efforts for developing professional skills and technology in the hospital for better health facilities.—APP
