Islamabad—Nawab of Junagarh State, his highness Muhammad Jahangir Khanji, along with founder Muslim Institute / descendant of Hazrat Sultan Bahoo (R.A.), Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali met with Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai. His highness Nawab Muhammad Jahangir Khanji while briefing on the issue of Junagarh State told Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai, that the occupation of Junagarh State by India was completely against Article 26 of Vienna Convention on Law of Treatise. Junagarh State possesses the law of accession with Pakistan and meets all the criteria of accession under the Vienna Convention Law of Treatise.
To prove that Junagarh State is a part of Pakistan, this accession document is an important, strong and lawful evidence. On this Hazrat Sultan Muhammad Ali commented that Kashmir and Junagarh both are the essentially critical issues of Pakistan whose circumstances and importance is completely different; The federal and provincial governments of Pakistan should collectively work on effective measures to solve these issues.
Government Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai assured his highness Nawab Jahangir Kanji that all issues of Pakistan were to be taken seriously and praised his highness’ sacrifices and efforts. Nawab of Junagarh also presented a copy of the document on law of accession to Governor Balochistan on this occasion.
