Dysfunctional organisations

Hard time is reportedly hitting, more or less, all public sector organizations. Several public sector organizations both at the Federal and Provincial level have virtually become dysfunctional because the retired rehired and contractual, many of them negative and vindictive thinking people, never respect officers and other staff members out of reverence for quality organizational performance. It is hard to find any organization in public sector nowadays with godly, mature role models at the helm of affairs.
These selfish people occupying the prime positions do nothing for the welfare of employees and organizations out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. They always look out for themselves. They are always with wrong motives and with “I-deserve-this” attitude, not others, be it timely or scale –based promotion or medical facility for employees. Because of this sort of people in administration every employee is undergoing through a period of stress and depression. Despite clear directions from the highest appointing authority these retired rehired and contractual people are never supportive and understanding, having no mercy even for employees who are hospitalized due to some deadly diseases such as Hepatitis B and C, among others.
These sinful thinking people hate the upright, honest and competent officers but love the corrupt and sycophant ones. Many of them have a short fuse and with destructive and addictive habits. Unfortunately, there is no one to direct them to shun their all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour, and evil speaking, with all malice, once they are in office. A few of them always lie and mislead high ups to achieve their own personal gains. They foster falsehood culture in organization. There is conflict in all public sector organizations because people in power & position only think about themselves and never spend an iota of energy for the overall service delivery of organizations but who cares in this self-centred society. So let all organizations be dysfunctional, no matter, but they will remain in their positions at any cost.
