Dr Asim allowed to travel abroad for medical treatment

KARACHI: Anti-terrorism court on Saturday permitted Dr Asim Hussain to leave Pakistan for two weeks to get restorative treatment abroad.

The court allowed the former minister to leave the country taking after the accommodation of Rs 2 million as surety and requested him to come back within two weeks.

Prior this month, Dr Hussain, who was arrested by the Rangers on August 26, 2015, was discharged following 19 months of imprisonment.
