SAARC CCI delegation leaves for Kathmandu

Lahore—A 24-member delegation of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARC CCI) SAARC CCI left for Kathmandu on Monday to attend a Roundtable conerence on SAFTA. The rountable is a precursor to 16th SAARC Summit and 49th Executive Committee EC meeting of SAARC CCI and Business Council meeting, to be chaired by Annisul Huq, President, SAARC CCI and meeting of Chairmen’s SAARC CCI Councils.

The delegates from Pakistan includes members of the executive committee, life members, industrialists and speakers comprises Tariq Sayeed, Immedite past President, SAARC CCI and Iftikhar Ali Malik, VP SAARC CCI Pakistan, says a press release.

The other members include, Sheikh Jamil Mahboob Magoon, Fazal Elahi, Wali Muhammad, Engr. M.A. Jabbar, Adnan Jamil, Shahzada Alam, Saifuddin N.Zoomkawala, Ch.M.Asgher, Hadi Salahuddin, Khawaja Khawar Rasheed, Tahir, Nazir Peeracha, Haji Fazal Qadir Sherani, Qamar, Shahzada Alam, Shahrukh Malik, Jamil Ahmed Siddique, Mujeeb Khan, Dr.Zafar Moin, Iqbal Tabish, Secretary General, SAARC CCI and Zulfiqar Butt, Deputy Secretary General, SAARC CCI.

EC Meeting is to be held on April 20, with two days seminar on Roundtable on SAFTA: A precursor to 16th SAARC Summit will be inaugurated by Dr.Sheel Kant Sharma, Secretary General SAARC. —APP
