14 militants gunned down

Peshawar—Tribal Lashker (a private army of the locals) has mowed down over a dozen militants in central Kurram Agency on Tuesday.
These militants belonging to self proclaimed head of the banned outfit Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Mulla Toofan group had penetrated the region to carry out subversive activities.
“Fourteen militants, who had come to our area for abducting people for ransom and conducting other sabotage activities, were eventually gunned down by the Tribal Lashker,” locals said.
The armed members, the Tribal Lashker showered the vehicles of the militants with bullets to foil their attempt of kidnapping people for ransom from Barizone area of central Kurram Agency.
The Tribal Lashker encircled the Taliban vehicles from all sides and opened indiscriminate firing at them killing all the fourteen trouble makers on the spot who were travelling in two vehicles.
