1470 students appear in KMU entry test

Friday, September 21, 2012 - Peshawar—A total of 1470 candidates appeared in the entry test conducted by Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar for admissions in B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Paramedics and Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT). The result of the test will be announced in one week which can also be available on KMU website i.e www.kmu.edu.pk .

According to details in all 786 applicants applied for the B.Sc Nursing 4yrs and Post RN 2yrs programs d against 30 each allocated seats. In the DPT (5yrs) program 420 candidates participated for the reserved overall 30 seats. In the B.Sc Paramedics (4yrs program) a total of 264 students appeared in the entry test against the total reserved seats of 120 in six different specialties.

It is worth mentioning that after introducing B.Sc Nursing and DPT programs under the ages of KMU, now for the first time in the history of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a four year B.Sc paramedics program has been launched which is warmly welcomed by the students as well parents and they hoped that KMU will continue its efforts for enhancing the quality of medical.
