Security intensified on occasion of Eid
Security cameras have been installed in all big malls of the city and police help lines have also been established.
According to officials of Islamabad Police, the security plan has been constituted after the interior ministry asked the law-enforcing agencies to remain on high alert.
More than 2000 police personnel will be on duty at different sensitive places of the city. Walk-through gates will also be installed at entrance of mosques and venues of Eid congregations.
The security of all important buildings, and that of Red Zone, Prime Minister House and Presidency will be intensified. —Online
