24 lawbreakers arrested

Tuesday, August 07, 2012 - Rawalpindi—Police under its ongoing drive against anti-social elements on Monday arrested 24 lawbreakers.

Police recovered 4250 grams charras, 250 grams heroin, three bottles of liquor and 13 pistols 30 bore with 47 rounds from the possession of the arrested persons.

Wah Cantt Police arrested Munir on recovery of 1110 grams charras while Taxila police sent behind the bars, Hameed as 1040 grams charras was recovered from him and another accused namely Amir was also arrested on recovery of 1020 grams charras. Other accused were also held on recovery of drugs, illegal weapons and liquor.—APP
