BOI to organize investment event in US

Saturday, July 21, 2012 - Islamabad—Brian I. McCleary, Commercial Counselor, U.S Embassy called on Chairman Board of Investment, Saleem H. Mandviwalla to review the planning of the investment event in US in November 2012.
Mandviwalla discussed the areas of mutual interest with the US Commercial Counselor and agreed to the schedule of the event to be held in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and New York. It was also agreed that Pakistan’s Mission in US would seek the concurrence of US Authorities for the proposed visit and US Mission in Pakistan would support them. The US Commercial Counselor assured his full support in arranging meetings with business men, relevant government agencies, business match making, and investor’s conference.
