Chinese academic delegation visits Islamabad


Monday, July 16, 2012 - Islamabad—A delegation of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), led by Chunli Bai, is on a three-day visit to Pakistan, to explore possibilities of bilateral cooperation in science and technology.

A one-day conference with three parallel sessions will be held today (Monday) at the Pakistan Academy of Sciences.

The conference will cover the fields of Internet Security, Nanotechnology and Environmental Sciences.

It is pertinent to mention here that CAS is the most powerful scientific institution in China with over 100 world-class research institutes and science and technology universities operating under its umbrella—Online
