Outburst of Riaz Pirzada
Riaz Hussain Pirzada is an old political worker and parliamentarian. He should have known this that the appropriate forum for raising the party matters is the party itself and not the National Assembly as such. Furthermore, if he is so much annoyed with the party high command, Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi, that he choose the floor of the National Assembly to question the appointment of Ch Parvez Elahi as the Deputy Prime Minister, he should better quit the party and then seek re-election on PML (N) or any party of his newest choice.
PML (QA) is an ally of the PPP Parliamentarians led coalition and in order to accommodate a senior PML (QA) leader Ch Parvez Elahi, who was a former Punjab Chief Minister and was also the Senior Federal Minister in the Federal Cabinet of former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, was made the Deputy Prime Minister. It is rather unfortunate to note that an old political worker and parliamentarian like Riaz Hussain Pirzada should have chosen to voice his differences with the party leadership in this manner on the floor of the National Assembly and not within the party itself.
