ANP’s backdrop

Monday, July 16, 2012 - Will someone please let the office bearers of Awami National Party (ANP) know that their red colour backdrop which is displayed whenever their members address a press conference has a spelling mistake. The word ‘conference’ in press conference has been wrongly spelt. ANP is the third largest political force of Sindh and their press conferences are not only covered by local but international media as well. Such spelling mistakes reflect quality of education in Pakistan. I had noticed this spelling mistake almost a year ago and had thought that somebody will point this out to the concerned ANP office bearers. Last week when ANP Senator Shahi Syed addressed a press conference on the recent killings of ANP supporters in Karachi, I saw the same backdrop behind the Senator !
