400kg rotten meat seized

Sunday, July 15, 2012 - Sargodha—Shahpur Sadr police on Saturday claimed to have seized 400 kilogram rotten meat and arrested two accused. According to police, they checked a vehicle coming from Sahiwal tehsil at Jalpana Chowk and found 400 kilogram rotten meat. They also arrested Mudassar Riaz Qassab and Abdul Lateef of Sial Sharif village.

During interrogation, the accused said they collected rotten meat from different areas of the district and transported it to Rawalpindi district. Police have registered a case. Meanwhile it is reported from Peshawar that the district administration Peshawar announced.
