Hundreds paedophiles identified in 141 countries

Thursday, July 05, 2012 - Canberra—Hundreds of paedophiles prowling on the Internet have been identified in an operation in 141 countries, Austrian federal police said Wednesday.

The operation called “Carole” which began almost a year ago found in Austria alone 272 suspects who had broadcast paedophile videos on the Internet. The sweep is the biggest police operation ever carried out against online paedophiles in Austria, and was likely one of the biggest world-wide.—AFP
