CDGL appoints 22 doctors at Jinnah hospital

Thursday, July 05, 2012 - Lahore—The City District Government Lahore has sent 22 doctors working at various city dispensaries to the Jinnah Hospital to provide medical treatment during the strike of young doctors.

DCO Noor ul Amin Mengal Monday visited Jinnah hospital and inspected the facilities being provided to the patients at outdoor, indoor and emergency wards.

He asked the patients about the facilities and their treatment.

The DCO said that situation was improving now after taking charge of army medical corps and other senior doctors.

He said that profession of doctor is respectable and it is duty of doctors to provide treatment properly.—APP
