Referring to home dental care, Dr. Mahroo Nazish further explained, It is important when buying a toothbrush that bristle are not too stiff. Bristles should be sturdy enough to remove plaque but not hard enough to damage the teeth and gums, Dr. Mahroo Nazish said adding natural bristles such as those made from animal hair or boar bristle is not recommended. While brushing your teeth three times a day is ideal, the trick is to brush very gently for two to three minutes.
