NUST students’ work acknowledged
Recently, the news published in SLAC Magazine regarding the work done by NUST researchers at Stanford University Linear Accelerator Centre (SLAC) is a matter of great pride for the nation as a whole.
Sadia Rehman and Amber Madeeha Zeb are pursuing their Masters degrees in Communications Systems at NUST. They are the first women to come to SLAC as part of a seven-year joint project aimed at improving the country’s Internet connections.
A key feature of the project is sending two graduate students annually to SLAC to work with Ping ER director Les Cottrell.—APP
