Chinese embassy denies KP ministers visas refusal report

Islamabad—A spokesperson of the Chinese embassy here contradicted the report appeared in a section of the press on Wednesday that the embassy refused visa to KP’s ministers. While responding to the inquiry from local media about the report that “Chinese Embassy refuses visas to KP ministers”, the spokesperson said, “We take notice of the report that “Chinese Embassy refuses visas to KP ministers” After careful verification by the Chinese Embassy, it is found that there was no such a case and this report is groundless.
The Chinese Embassy attaches great importance to the friendly exchanges and cooperation between local governments of our two countries and will continue to provide assistance and facilitation in this regard.” As per the embassy’s website, diplomatic passport’s holders of Pakistan are exempted from visa and they may stay in China up to 30 days.
