Karachi—Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh on Information Moula Bux Chandio while giving the point of view on the decision of Sindh High Court against Law Advisor Murtaza Wahab, has said that there are two parallel Constitution i.e. one for Sindh only, while the other one is for other three provinces and Federal Government.
He stated this while addressing an over-crowded press conference at new Sindh Secretariat Building on Wednesday- Advisor to CM on Labour and Human Resources Saeed Ghani, Social Welfare Minister Shamim Mumtaz accompanied him.
Moula Bux Chandio said that the Honourable judiciary is interfering into government matters. “An appeal was filed before Sindh High Court against Advisor to CM on Law Murtaza Wahab alone, however the Honourable Court gave a general verdict against Sindh Government”, he said.
The Advisor said, “The Chief Minister is an elected representative and he has the discretion to have advisors, special assistants as his team members to perform and serve the masse- the judiciary is challenging his discretion, which is tantamount to challenging the provincial autonomy-“.
Chandio said the Constitution of Pakistan allows the Chief Minister to use his powers to function.
Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has with him advisors Sartaj Aziz, Ameer Muqam, Jam Mashooque and others, however the judiciary is only eyeing on Sindh.
