
Court orders provision of medical facilities to Qazi Yasir
Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Islamabad has directed the police to submit its report of the cases registered against noted Kashmiri scholar and Umati-i-Islami President, Qazi Yasir, by Wednesday (July 11).
The CJM also ordered the police to provide proper medical facilities to the detainee. He also directed the concerned SHO to get Qazi Yasir medically examined with all the tests required by a team of doctors either from a government hospital or Soura Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar. Qazi Yasir was arrested by police following the clashes that erupted after the conclusion of a rally organized by his party to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of his father.—KMS |
