Unemployed youthMuhammad Noman Rasheed
I write this letter to refer to the condition of Pakistani youth who are unemployed as a result of which they come on roads and become soft targets for terrorist organizations. It is important for the authorities to take notice of rising unemployment in the country. Majority of the population comprises youth and is terrified by unemployment rather than terrorism. Pakistan has not been able to stop crimes as well, from inducting new recruits or defeat their extremist ideologies. When the youth see a future with no hope, and no way ever to catch up to the developed world, it becomes easier for criminals and other bad minded people like, smugglers, drug suppliers, dacoits to catch them and to become a prey at their hands.
