Govt schools to be used as female parks in evening

Rawalpindi —Government schools in Rawalpindi will be used as ladies parks in the evening. In this regard a notification has been issued

To this effect District Coordinating Officer Saqib Zafar issued notifications to 10 different government schools of the cities. The order was passed in response of District Government to use schools as socialising centres.

Women can use the schools for walk in the evening. To attract women to the project, District Government has decided to contact women members of national and provisional as role models. Special security arrangements would be made around the school parks to promote this culture.—Online
